Protein Smoothies

After a year and a half off from cooking in a professional kitchen, I’m back working full-time in a restaurant this summer. Because of this job, I haven’t been cooking much at home, hence the lack of posts lately! The first month at work was a difficult transition for me due to the late hours and irregular eating times. I sometimes don’t have time to eat during my full 8-hour shift so my Naturopath recommended that I drink a protein smoothie in the middle of my shift. I have been playing around with different flavors and these are just a few of my favourites. I hope you like them as much as I do!
