As most of you have noticed, I was cooking and posting a lot. It has been helping me cope! But the moment I slowed down to check in, I realized that I’m struggling more than I thought. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I get sad when I go outside and little things make me angry (like every little noise the people upstairs make!). I miss being able to leisurely shop at the grocery store (yes, it was a hobby I enjoyed lol), I miss teaching, I miss hugs, I miss eating out with friends, I miss a lot more things than I thought I ever would and I haven’t shared that enough!

I’m feeling pretty good today but some days, all I want to do is sleep. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just thought I’d share in case any of you are struggling too. Know that you’re not alone! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The struggle is real and it’s okay to feel certain things. Just don’t stay there. Address the feeling, cry if you have to and learn ways that help you release it. I’m here if you need to vent! 💕
