These botanicals are more potent than regular fermented kombucha beverages as they are fermented for several months instead of just several days. Botanica uses a specialized process in which they harvest each herb at it’s peak, test its purity, make it into a tea, combine with a SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), and add organic sugar for fermentation to begin. The fermentation transforms the herbs into their most bioavailable forms to maximize absorbability, increase antioxidants, enzymes and B-vitamin content. Once the process is complete, more testing is performed to ensure the quality of potency and purity of the final product. This Fermented Turmeric Ginger is raw, unpasteurized, enzyme rich and delivers therapeutic benefits!
