Quail eggs are a great source of protein and rich in vitamin A, D, B12, selenium, riboflavin, choline and iron. 

The ones I use are sustainably farmed in Ontario, Canada by @SpringCreekQuail and are antibiotic free, hormone free and kosher certified. They are simply delicious!
